How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United States takes 7–12 business days. Most customers receive their order within 8–15 business days total. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

How long does the battery really last?

Up to 20 hours on the lowest speed setting. On Speed 5 (Max Power), expect approximately 4–6 hours. Charging from 0% takes about 2.5–3 hours via USB-C.

Is it heavy on the neck?

Not at all. AEROVIBE weighs only 8.8 ounces (250g) and is ergonomically balanced so the weight rests on your shoulders, not your spine.

Is the fan safe for long hair?

Yes. The bladeless design means there are no exposed spinning parts. It is completely safe for long hair, beards, and scarves.

Where do you ship from?

We manage all orders from our office in Palm Bay, FL. To keep prices competitive, units are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners overseas via tracked shipping.
